Registration Frequently Asked Questions

Q. I entered the wrong email address.
A. Please email the event organiser at info@granfondogiroditaliani.com

Q. I entered the wrong ride distance.
A. Visit your MyEvents page where you can manage your registration and “Change event category” to alter your distance.

Q. My details are incorrect.
A. Visit your MyEvents page where you can manage your registration and “Edit your registration.”

Q. I entered two people and I have received confirmation but the second person has not.
A. The second person should check their spam or in Gmail the promotions tab for the confirmation email and the payee should check their order receipt where the details of the second person will appear to confirm the payment. If that does not resolve the issue email the event organiser at info@granfondogiroditaliani.com

Q I entered two people and I can only see my details on the order confirmation.
A. Please check your order receipt where the details of the second person will appear. The second person will also receive a confirmation email of their own.

Q. I have received an order number but not an order confirmation.
A. Please check your order receipt to confirm the payment and your spam or in Gmail the promotions tab. If you are still unable to see your confirmation email, please email the event organiser at info@granfondogiroditaliani.com

Q. I am unable to give an electronic signature.
A. The electronic signature can be a letter type, ideally in the format “First initial” and “Surname” without any special characters will be accepted.

Q. I am required to enter my date of birth in USA format.
A. Please check your browser settings and change to UK format. If the problem still persists, please enter your details in American format as your date of birth will be registered correctly in the system.

Q: Can I return and purchase a Jersey or Training Plans after I have registered?
A. Yes – You can simply go to MyEvents page and click on the purchase items link. Any additional purchases will be added to your existing bill.

Q. I have registered but I am still receiving incomplete registration emails.
A. If you started but failed to complete registration, you will receive three incomplete email reminders (4, 48, 72 hours). If you then complete registration without clicking on the incomplete email reminder link, you will continue to receive all three email reminders even if you have registered. Please note that If you have received a confirmation email, you are 100% registered and can simply ignore any additional reminders from this point.
